Thank you for coming on this critical time, 1 day before
Thanksgiving, to help us. Your cleaning staff was excellent and
courteous. I would not hesitate to call you again if the need arises.

I just wanted to let you know how great our experience was with all
of your employees. Having your house catch on fire is the worst thing
that has happended to us in a long time. Your company and especially
people helped make it tolerable.
Service was prompt, workers were thorough and careful. No odor
remains and reporting was quick. My reimbursement for damage was
submitted quickly with the Restoration Management report.
I recently used your company for water and mold removal from my
residence. The process took some time as a result of asbestos that had
to be removed, air samples taken and analysis made. I realize that
Restoration Management had no say in the time it took for the hygienist
to complete their portion of the process. In regards to Restoration
Management’s job, the supervisor was quick in responding to calls and
had the crews on the job when promised. The work performed was done
quickly and there was no mess left over for me or my wife to clean up.
